    Facebook veille à proposer des contenus authentiques et non-intrusifs à ses utilisateurs. Pour s’en assurer, le réseau social introduit une fois de plus une nouveauté qui ne fera pas plaisir aux Community Managers : l’interdiction de l’appel à l’action.

    En effet, selon une étude menée par Facebook, les publications qui contiennent un appel à l’action (« Likez si vous êtes d’accord », « Mentionnez un-e ami-e qui se reconnaitra » ou « Votez pour X ou Y en commentaire ») ne plaisent pas aux internautes. Ces derniers préfèrent du contenu authentique qui laisse le choix de aimer/partager ou pas le contenu proposé.

    Depuis décembre 2017, Facebook détecte les publications contenant un appel à l’action. Les pages s’appuyant fortement sur ces techniques souffriront d’une baisse d’engagement puisqu’automatiquement elles seront moins affichées.

    Une solution alternative : payer plus de publicité pour être vu !
