It was impossible to escape the AI wave during this edition: artificial intelligence was everywhere, to the point of bordering on overdose. More than 40% of exhibitors offered AI solutions, and the organizers had renewed AI Avenue, a space dedicated to the most advanced startups in the field. For four days, AI was applied to everything from image recognition, conversational assistants, and autonomous robots, reflecting the global craze since the success of ChatGPT in late 2022. Startups like Habs (dubbed the “French Neuralink” for its non-invasive brain-machine interface) or Argil (AI-generated video avatars) piqued the curiosity of the crowds. Even stands outside the pure AI sector integrated AI into their solutions, whether in health, finance, or industry. In parallel, a space called Impact Bridge highlighted technologies serving the common good (health, climate…), but it felt almost like an island as AI dominated the show. The message is clear: according to general opinion, artificial intelligence has become the current engine of innovation, favored by 85% of companies for its future impact. And VivaTech 2025 was a brilliant demonstration of this.
