A platform born before the pandemic

From vaccines to personalized treatments

Moderna’s challenge is to sustainably diversify its revenue following the exceptional demand associated with the pandemic. Its trajectory will depend on clinical results, regulatory approvals and the adoption of new products in competitive markets. Managing research spending and production capacity will be equally decisive. For this biotech company, the challenge is no longer simply to demonstrate that mRNA works: it is to establish its medical value and economic viability, indication by indication.
