Two specialists united under one brand
Delinea originated from the merger of Thycotic and Centrify in 2021, with the backing of investment firm TPG. The combined company adopted the name Delinea in 2022.
This development continued through acquisitions. Managing privileges, from the vault to applications
Delinea’s solutions cover several aspects of access security. Secret Server centralizes sensitive credentials, controls access to them and automates the rotation of certain passwords. The goal is to reduce standing privileges and grant only the permissions needed for a task.

For Delinea, the challenge is to bring coherence to a portfolio expanded through several acquisitions without making day-to-day administration more cumbersome.
