It is part of the PROQCIMA strategy, led in part by the Ministry of the Armed Forces, aiming to develop fault-tolerant computers by 2032/2035. A closing ceremony dedicated to translating the quantum promise into national operational capability, with a symbolic commitment from a key player such as the Ministry of the Armed Forces.
